In the "Group Buy", everything is made to order. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on items that are purchased from our store unless you received items inconsistent with your invoice.
The customer has the option to purchase shipping coverage with Route at checkout. Route will cover any missing packages or items damaged in shipping. If the customer does not purchase route at checkout, there is no guarantee that the item will be replaced or refunded.
It is up to the customer to provide correct contact & shipping information, as well as pay any necessary fees there may be on top of the amount we charge (taxes, most notably).
